Internal Medicine Physician Needed for Locum Tenens Telehealth Coverage at Facility in California - CA, USA

A facility is seeking a physician for locum tenens tele coverage.
The facility is located in California.
The schedule is 5, 8hr days or part-time. Patients have many complex social and medical problems, as such prefer candidates that have at least or > 2 years' experience in the primary care outpatient setting. Preferred Internal Medicine but open to strong Family Medicine candidates as well. The EMR is Doctrochronos, training, computer monitor phone and tapestry. Certifications required include CA license, Medical and Medicare, DEA, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine board certified and credentialed with Molina would be very helpful. Duties include PC and palliative care for patients via telehealth, would like someone who is bilingual but not required, big on longitudinal care (chronic care).
