This provider will join Community Physician Network, a multi-specialty group with over 1,000 providers in Indianapolis, Indiana.


Highlights

Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Pulmonary Critical Care team at Community Hospital East in Indianapolis, IN. In this role, the advanced practice provider will manage Pulmonary Critical Care patients on a full time night schedule of 7 nights on, 14 nights off. 1-2 years experience as an Advanced Practice Provider within this specialty is required. Must have inpatient critical care procedural experience. 


Licensure & Certification

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana.
