This position includes clinical as well as a leadership component. The right candidate will have experience leading a smart and highly competent team that achieves excellent patient satisfaction scores. This hospitalist program is virtually fully staffed with both day and night providers and a dedicated scheduler.
As Medical Director, this position pays a generous clinical hourly as well as a monthly director stipend with quality bonus, and a team RVU bonus, and the compensation package comes with a comprehensive benefits package, sign on bonus, relocation, 401k with matching funds and paid malpractice insurance and tail coverage.
