Among 19 men starting a dolutegravir (DTG)-based-regimen at the time of primary HIV infection (PHI), comparisons were made for the proportion of participants attaining of a first undetectable HIV-1-RNA (VL) in seminal plasma (SP) and in blood plasma (BP). At baseline, BP and SP exhibited median VL of 6.5 and 4.5 log10cp/ml, respectively. A significantly higher proportion of participants attained a first VL below LOQ in SP (93.0%) than in BP (84.2%) between baseline and W48. In SP and BP, time to first undetectable VL was 8 weeks and 24 weeks, respectively
