This educational activity offers an opportunity to update knowledge and understanding of both traditional and new therapeutic strategies for dermatomyositis, cutaneous lupus, cutaneous vasculitis, fibrosing skin disease, immunizing patients with immune-mediated skin diseases, adjunct therapies optimizing response to targeted immunologic therapies, prevention of co-morbid diseases in patients with IMIDs involving the skin, autoimmune bullous disease, hidradenitis suppurativa and neutrophilic diseases, chronic urticaria, and psoriatic disease (Cardiovascular Health, Working with Specialty Pharmacist to Start and Maintain Psoriatic Patients on Biologics and Small Molecule Inhibitors, Psoriatic Disease Patient Education and Compliance: A Nurse/Physician Team Approach, SMiLE Approach to Interprofessional Collaboration), cutaneous malignancies, atopic dermatitis, inflammatory alopecias, mycosis fungoides and Sezary syndrome, sarcoidosis and granulomatous diseases.
Format: Lectures, cases with the Masters, breakout sessions (Oral Manifestations of Rheum-Derm Overlap Diseases; Joint Manifestations; Pulmonary Manifestations; Ocular Manifestations), Patient Program presented by Cleveland Clinic and the National Psoriasis Foundation "Know What’s Possible: Psoriasis & Psoriatic Arthritis", and panel discussion with Q&A sessions.
