This one day virtual course, organized by MSK's Center for Pancreatic Cancer Research (CPCR), will review the epidemiology, clinical genetics, molecular and pathologic features, imaging (CT, PET, artificial intelligence), next generation endoscopy for this disease along with discussing therapeutic approaches both pancreas adenocarcinoma and neuroendocrine tumors. The course will also discuss novel treatments (KRAS, Fusions, and BRCA) and emerging directions in surgical advances, prehabilitation, and total neoadjuvant therapy (TNT), and iwill nclude a session on innovations in supportive care/mind & body integrative medicine. Medical marijuana's fact and fallacy will be highlighted. An emphasis will be on multidisciplinary decision making and will include a case-based focus.
