This retreat-like workshop for physicians, PAs, NPs and nurses, now in its 12th year, is designed to energize participants' clinical work while helping them find joy and resilience, through honing self–awareness, self-monitoring and deep listening skills that are keys to navigating stressful and demanding situations they face daily.

Enrollment is limited to 36 participants. No prior experience is required.

This workshop, developed by physicians, provides an experiential and interactive learning environment. Approach is evidence-based as it lessens the effects of burnout and improves well-being, engagement with work, and patient-centered compassionate care. Contemplative practices, dialogues with colleagues and inquiry-oriented group discussions will enhance participants' ability to focus, connect and communicate with patients and colleagues.

Enrollment is limited to 36 participants. No prior experience is required.
